I. Development History
In July 2022, JKU Bags was founded, focusing on Douyin bag e-commerce and bag supply chain delivery.
In January 2023, six months after the company's launch, it achieved a monthly GMV sales performance of 60 million on the Douyin platform and became a leading bag merchant in South China on Douyin. The bag supply chain has successfully conducted in-depth cooperation with many leading Douyin online celebrities, anchors and bag institutions, and was selected as a key cooperative merchant of Douyin's annual framework.
In October 2023, a physical store was opened in Osaka, Japan, and a live-streaming team was established. The goods were sold to many countries and regions such as Europe, America and Southeast Asia.
In March 2024, branches were established in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the United States. It cooperated with many Malaysian online celebrities for live-streaming and established its own live-streaming team.
II. Business Model
After one year of development, in 2023, Shijiu Zhonggu JKU has completed the exploration of the entire business model and has become a second-hand bag institution integrating live-streaming sales, supply chain, recycling, maintenance, training and appraisal.

IV. Core Team Members Since its establishment, the Shijiu Zhonggu JKU team has nearly 100 members. Most of its core team members come from Guangzhou Shijiu Media Company. The founding team all have more than 15 years of experience in e-commerce operations on the entire platform, including Douyin live-streaming, Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, Vipshop, NetEase Kaola, Jumei Youpin, Amazon and other domestic and foreign e-commerce platforms. They have been involved in the supply chain of international light luxury brands, high-end brand women's clothing, sports shoes, cycling sports, household daily necessities, small household appliances, beauty makeup and other categories. They have repeatedly created sales performances of over 10 million in a single day and over 500 million in a year on a single platform, and have been rated as key merchants of many e-commerce platforms for many times.
